Degraded Performance – Xero Integration
We are aware of degraded performance affecting the Xero integration. This issue is related to a global outage impacting AWS (Amazon Web Services), which in turn is affecting Xero’s API performance.
At this stage, the issue is outside of our control, and we are monitoring the situation closely. Once Xero and AWS have completed their recovery efforts, normal performance is expected to resume automatically.
We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Some systems impacted by Windows Update
We are aware of some issues caused by an automatic Windows update. This update is not only affecting DotGolf but systems across the globe. We are working on minimising this disruption for clubs.

Intermittent issues with Kiosk & DotGolf System
Clubs may be experiencing Intermittent freezing with the Members kiosk and Intermittent errors with the DotGolf system.
